(yes, really!)

I love teachers - as if they weren't already doing one of the most important jobs on the planet anyway, if ever I'm feeling a bit down or disillusioned, absolutely nothing cheers me up more than when I see on Twitter or Facebook that some amazing teacher on the other side of the country (or even the world!) has done a fabulous cross curriculum project on one of my books. Seeing children motivated and inspired by my stories - and just reading generally! - really is the best feeling ever. So I'd like to say thank you in the best way I can - with books! If you are a Foundation/Key Stage 1 teacher who'd like one of my books to share with your class, just let me know which one you'd like and I'll send it. All I ask in return is that you read it to your class at least once, and that you pop up a quick, honest, review on Amazon afterwards - it really doesn't have to be much, just one or two words on whether or not the children liked it is perfect. I can only afford to send out one review copy a week (I am an impoverished author after all!) so there might be a slight waiting list at busy times - but everyone who requests one will get one eventually. You can contact me on Facebook or Twitter - or there is also a contact form on this website. Keep Reading!
